“Hole in one”
SWING TRAINER
The training aid “Swing Trainer” allows you to train your own swing rhythm and the “release” of the wrists (= the “going through the ball”).
When used correctly, you will notice that your swing rhythm will become more consistent, that you will achieve very good timing in your release and that you will hit significantly longer.

SETTING THE STROKE LENGTH
With the rotary knob and the white line at the end of the shaft, you set the stroke length you want to train. You can define this from 24 m to 260 m. We recommend setting the Swing Trainer between 80 m to 100 m for warm-up, which supports stretching and body warm-up training. After the warmup, you can continuously increase the length for more club head speed.

THE TRAINING
Hit with the training aid as you would with a “normal” bat. When executed correctly, a “clack” sound should be heard in the impact area during the stroke. At the finish, you should hear another “clack”. For the optimal rhythm, train until both clacks are released at the right time.

Tips for use
The device can be used for warm-up before the round to get into the golf rhythm. You can also train your rhythm at home without any problems. Make sure you have enough free space! Especially people in the swing area (risk of accident!). The angle of the swing path should be like your normal iron swing: the short irons steeper, the long woods flatter. Keep your right elbow on your body during the upswing to achieve the optimum swing path. Note: It is possible for the magnet to become jammed inside the head and therefore the “click” sound will no longer be triggered. In such a case, hit the Swing Trainer hard once with the head downwards on a carpet. The magnet should then release again.

Professional tip
Hit a few balls on the range with your nine iron. Then practice hitting a few shots with the Swing Trainer at a steady pace. Then hit a few balls with the nine iron again. You will be positively surprised by the result!
